Unser Programm  Statt starrer Stationen erwartet dich ein flexibles, projektbasiertes Programm, inklusive Einblicke ins Daily Business mit Schwerpunkten in folgenden Themen:  Mitarbeit in wechselnden Finance-Projekten mit Fokus auf Strategie und Controlling   Kennenlernen der Finanzprozesse rund um Jahresabschluss, Reporting, Analyse und Planung     Neben learning by doing on the job entwickelst Du dein fachliches Wissen als auch übergreifende Kompetenzen durch unser Trainingsprogramm weiter     Dein Profil  Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzmanagement   Ein Growth Mindset und Begeisterung für strategische Finance-Themen sowie Spaß an projektorientierter Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld   Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.
